Jerry Pillay

The Rev Dr Jerry Pillay serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Church History and Church Polity at the University of Pretoria. He was elected as the first president of the newly formed World Communion of Reformed Churches and served as the General Secretary and Moderator of the UPCSA. He served as pastor for Bridgetown Presby in Cape Town and then St Andrews Benoni for more than 20 years.
