Malan Nel

Prof Malan Nel is currently extra-ordinary professor in Practical Theology, University of Pretoria. He retired in 2012 from the Centre of Contextual Ministry which he founded in 1992. Many UPCSA members and ministers have attended and benefited from his “Building the Local Church course”. Malan has written extensively on developing missional local congregations and he is highly regarded in the field. He has acted as consultant to over 130 congregations.
