CDE Grants

When a CDE is appointed to an approved Church Growth project, the Presbytery may apply for a grant, which is paid monthly to offset some of the expenses related to the CDE’s ministry.
This grant is paid for three years, but reduces by one third of the original amount each year.
Grants start out at no more than R1000 per month.

Application Process
To apply, send a letter from the Presbytery endorsing the project and confirming that the proposed CDE fulfills the requirements stated in the Manual of Faith and Order (Section 9 Chapter 16.) to the Convener (address below). The applications will be considered at the quarterly meetings of the Committee and so applications should be submitted timeously.
