With the General Assembly’s consolidation of committees, the Church Development and Planning, Integration, Maintenance of Ministry, Mission and Evangelism committees merged into the Mission and Discipleship Committee.

The inaugural meeting was held in Benoni on 12-13 September and the committee members spent two invigorating days dreaming about a inspiring our Denomination to fulfill its mission priorities.

Tribute was paid to work of previous committees, ongoing work was identified and new challenges were embraced.

There is much work still to be done, but a great start has been made.
